To fit the 3 1/2 offset wheels and the very large P275 tires, I bent the wheel well lip out and built a new lip with fiberglass. I really like the look of a big rear tire.

Wheels:

I just installed new Weld Racing Draglite 90 series wheels.

The front are 14" with a 3 1/2 inch offset.

The back are 15" with a 3 1/2 inch offset.

I did have 10 hole chrome Keystones. Same size. They were black on the inside.

Tires:

The Tires are Goodyear Eagle ST's, Front=P215/60R14, Back=P275/60R15. Also, the rear wheel well lip has been bent out and I used fiberglass to reshape the quarter panel into the new wheel well lip. I think if I was to do it again, I would just cut the lip off and save the original look.

Other Owner Tire sizes:

I have the following wheel & tire sizes on my 1970 with no scrubbing problems: 15X7 P22560R15 Front 15X7 P25560R15 Rear

I have 15x3.5 with 26x4 15 and 15x14 with 33x19.5 15. The fronts fit without any trouble. The rears were a little tight.

I went with centerlines 16x7 and 16x8 with 245-45-16 and 255-50-16 so far I haven't seen any other maverick with 245 on it.
