#1 Maxx Levell Close Throttle Cable...?
Some of you guys mess with other Fords and may have an idea. I need a throttle cable similar to the Mavericks setup...ie how it connects on each end...I just need one a tad longer. My higher than stock intake puts mine in kind of a bind against the shock tower support, and I'd like to get a little wiggle room.

I have a morse cable setup I can use...but the very short distance on the inside of the firewall to the pedal connection makes it kind of a pain to fab something up.

Looking for suggestions here if any of you know of something similar that may work.

Thanks!

6 cyl one would be longer.

About this high...:p

You can't really see how close it is...but with the tower support installed...it's like a guitar string lol. It works, but I'd like to be able to reroute it around the support a little better and not have it in a bind.

I have a couple of 6-cyl cables laying around somewhere...it's just a matter of finding one. I didn't even think about one of those...tunnel vision lol. I'm thinking that will get me where I want to be.

Thanks for the help guys!

I have 6 cyl cable on mine it just has a loop in it. The Lokar cables work with the correct pedal.

I don't have a picture of my engine with the air cleaner removed, but I have a Victor Jr. manifold and I used a reproduction Mustang cable ('70 I think).
