:thumbsup: I was walking around Cloverdale Mall in Etobicoke today when lo and behold i walk past the Home Hardware store and on a table were a big pile of Fresh Cherries 1/24 scale Mercury Comets. I have a bunch of these cars already plus the Mavericks but these were different, these were the ones in the box that are not put together. One Comet was the blue one, the others in the pile was the Comet that is not painted but is primer gray and ready to be painted what ever colour you like. I have seen these on the internet but not here in Canada until now. I was thrilled to finally get my hands on one ...... or four. The best part was that each car was only $1.89 so the four i bought cost me less than $10.00. I'll give one to my 10 year old son for Christmas. Over the coming crappy Winter we can build one as a father son project. It should be fun.:thumbsup:
