I finally won the DOT streetcar shootout Friday night. Got a trophy and $100 bucks. Car was running decent considering the 100+ heat index lol. managed some 7.teens, spinning terribly. Drag radials do not like the track prep when it's that hot lol. And the most important thing...I didn't break or tear anything up lmao. Anyway...just wanted to pass on some good news! |

Thanks John! Yep...it seems these last 2 or 3 years have just been one thing after another. Time has been my biggest detractor lol. I just stay super busy with work, and the travelling makes it hard to ever get anything done on the car. I had intentions of making the Gathering this year...but wound up in Flora Illinois overseeing an oil spill. :rolleyes: Oh well...I guess being too busy is better than not having anything going on. |

| Struck by lightning. Blew the bottom out and launched like a rocket. The tank bottom never moved. Landed on the other tank in the battery...lost contents of both tanks into a creek. What a mess... | |||

| Lol...it is...but not necessarily for me :thumbsup: ... I'm more of the big picture guy. I get to decide what needs to be done, and how to do it. This deal impacted a little over 6 miles of waterway...some only accessible by horseback, or a highly motivated ATV rider lol. I spend way too much time dealing with EPA and government officials to suit me. But...it's always something new :eek: | |||
